Our full Premium Evaluation — $97 on its own — run for the whole roster at a team rate. It's written to the player, not about them, so the kid and their family can actually use it.

Prospect Packets
Send it with the highlight tape. The tape shows a coach what a kid can do; the packet tells them who they're getting. Full-game film, scouting-report structure, honest projection — so a staff can evaluate your player in ten minutes instead of digging for an hour. And it carries more weight coming from us than from you.

This is what every player gets
Three pages, written to the player. The sample below is a fictional player built for demonstration — the format and the level of detail are exactly what your roster receives.

Thirteen pages per player, built to be attached to the email with the highlight tape. Four pages are below — fictional player, real format. An independent third-party read is the one thing a college coach can't get from a parent email or a mixtape.

Before you order
What film do you need?
Full game film, not highlights. Two to four games per player is ideal — one is workable. Hudl, YouTube or Google Drive links are all fine; just set them so anyone with the link can view. If a player's film is thin, tell us and we'll say up front whether we can do the work justice.
Who is the evaluation written for?
The player and their family. It's written in second person, to the kid, so it can be read and used. You organize it and pay the team rate — you're not the audience, and it isn't a report card on your roster.
Do we have to order for the whole team?
Ten players is the minimum for the $70 evaluation rate. Prospect Packets start at three players for the $210 rate; a single packet outside a team order is $299. You can mix both in one order.
How long does it take?
Five business days from the day we have usable film for everyone in the order. If something will run long, you'll hear it from us before the deadline, not after.
We're running a camp or an event.
There's a separate, lighter evaluation built from event footage, priced per athlete on a sliding scale with a 25-athlete minimum. Email contact@hoopdoctors.net with your dates and headcount.
