Your buyer is
already watching us
diagnose their
problem.

HoopDoctors reaches high school and club coaches at the exact moment they have worked out what is wrong with their program. If you sell the fix, that is the moment you want to be in the room.

Who we are

We both started
late.

HoopDoctors was built by two founders who came to the game late. We were behind from the first day, we did not have the trainers or the money or the time everybody else had, so we did the only thing left to us. We took basketball apart and worked out what actually mattered.

It worked. We both earned scholarships. We both played professionally. What got us there was never talent. It was understanding the game faster than anyone could out jump us. Nobody was teaching that part. So now we do.

We break down film, free

Every week on YouTube and social. The problem, the real cause, the fix. Most of what we make costs nothing and stays that way, because we remember not being able to afford it.

We teach players and parents

The IQ tests, HoopClinic Academy and the ebook library exist so a kid can improve on his own, and so a parent finally understands the process nobody explains to them.

We evaluate honestly

Written film evaluations telling a player the truth about where he is. Everyone we hire to evaluate has played at least college basketball. No hype, no promises.

All of it is one idea. Hand a kid the thing nobody handed us, earlier than we got it. Based in Dallas, Texas.

01 · The thesis

Your sales team spends
two calls explaining
why the problem matters.

We do that for you, to roughly a hundred thousand coaches, parents and players a month, before anyone picks up the phone. A coach who has just watched a breakdown of why their guards cannot finish is a coach who is looking for a solution. That is a warmer starting point than any list you can buy.

We create the demand, you close it

Our content names a problem precisely and then says what to do about it. That is the exact shape of your sales pitch, delivered by someone with no product to defend. By the time they hear your name, they already agree the problem is real.

We sell to the same people you do

HoopDoctors sells evaluations, prospect packets and team products to high school and club programs. Your account list and ours overlap almost entirely. A joint offer gets both of us into rooms we would otherwise be cold emailing one at a time.

Credibility you cannot buy for yourself

A coach discounts a vendor claim and trusts a diagnosis. Being recommended inside an independent analysis is worth several times being advertised next to one, and it is the one thing your own marketing budget structurally cannot produce.

A content engine you would have to hire

Making this in house needs a basketball analyst, a film editor and someone who can direct. Most partner marketing teams have the editor. We are already staffed, already publishing, and already have the distribution.

02 · The comparison

What else does
this budget buy?

Set us against the things you are probably already spending on to reach the same coach.

03 · The shape of it

What a partnership
actually looks like.

This is not a sponsored post. It is a working arrangement between two companies selling into the same programs. Here is the honest version of both sides.

What we bring

  • Film breakdown content built around the problem your product solves
  • Distribution to 1.55M views a month across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
  • Your product demonstrated in genuine coaching context, on film
  • Co branded assets you can use in your own sales process
  • Evaluations or prospect packets bundled into your offer where it helps
  • A named, tracked destination so leads are attributable

What we ask for

  • A guaranteed creation fee, not product alone
  • Product or facility access where the content needs it
  • Distribution through your channels and program list
  • A tracked lead arrangement so both sides can see what worked
  • Permission to publish the work as a case study
  • Introductions to coaches and programs

What we will not ask you for, and will not agree to: broad category exclusivity that locks you out of your own marketing, or perpetual rights to content either side makes. Terms are by window, always.

04 · Why this audience

Not highlights.
Homework.

The reason this works is the filter. Nobody watches nine minutes on guide hand placement casually. 29.7% of our TikTok traffic arrives from search, which means these people typed the problem into a box before they found us. That is the same intent signal your best inbound lead shows, at a scale you cannot buy.

Monthly YouTube audience

26.9%

Watched on a television

Lean back viewing in a living room. This is the closest thing to a broadcast placement available at this level, and it is where a program decision maker actually sits.

Long enough to explain something technical properly. Your category needs explanation, and this is the only format on the internet still willing to give it.

The audience

Three platforms.
One basketball audience.

Verified in platform, August 2026. TikTok is a 60 day window, YouTube is 28 days, Instagram is 30 days. Every number on this page came out of a platform dashboard, not an estimate.

Trajectory. YouTube long form impressions are up 103% month over month and subscribers are growing faster than at any point in the channel's history. Anyone signing in 2026 is pricing against a smaller audience than they will be reaching by the end of the term.

05 · Straight talk

What we can
and can't prove.

You are going to check this, so here it is first.

What we can prove

  • Every audience number here came from a platform dashboard in August 2026
  • YouTube's own ad system pays $3.39 per thousand on our long form against $0.68 on short form
  • Long form impressions are up 103% month over month
  • 3:11 average view duration and 26.9% of watch time on TV screens

What we can't, yet

  • We have not run a tracked partner campaign, so we have no published conversion benchmark
  • Any single placement carries real variance, we quote ranges rather than promises
  • We are the size we are, this is a targeted buy, not a mass one

The first partner to run with us gets that data first, and gets launch terms to go with it.

"We would rather tell you what we cannot prove than have you find it in the campaign report. Partnerships survive the second quarter, not the first."
